Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

1. Standard Refund Policy (Non-Promotional Registrations)

• 14+ days before course start: Full refund minus processing fees of 14%.

• 7 - 13 days before course start: 50% refund.

• 2-6 days before course start: No refund, but rescheduling may be available (see table below).

• Within 24 hours of course start: No refund or reschedule.

• No-shows: No refund or reschedule.

• Course Registrations can be transferred for another student at any time prior to the start of the course at no charge.

2. Rescheduling Policy & Fees

Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made in writing (email or text) before the course start time.

3. Promotional Registrations (Including Lindsay Exhibition Contest Entries)

• Course registrations purchased during a promotion that includes contest entries (e.g., Lindsay Exhibition gift card draw) are non-refundable.

• Participants may reschedule to another available course date at no extra charge if they give at least 14 days’ notice before the original course date.

• If a participant cancels rather than reschedules, all related contest entries will be void and no refund will be issued.

• Contest entries are only valid if the registration remains active through the originally booked course date or any approved rescheduled date.

4. Transfers

• Registrations may be transferred to another individual at no cost, provided notice is given at least 24 hours before the course start time.

• The transferee must meet all course eligibility requirements.

5. Hat Returns & Exchanges

• All hat sales are final unless the item is defective or damaged upon delivery.

• Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.

• Hats must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging for any exchange to be approved.

• Promotional hats received as part of a contest entry or discount offer are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for a different item.
